Photography
is one of my hobbies and I have been taking photos for over 30
years. I started out with a Kodak Instamatic, then changed to
an Olympus and finally got my first digital camera early this
year.
Since
I got my digital camera I'we been looking for a new way to develop,
share and use my photos. I have been testing several photo web
sites and programs and I am going to share with you my favorite
web site and tell you how it works.
I
was looking for a good, but simple to use software to edit my
photos and upload them to the web. I have been making websites
for over 8 years so I wanted to be able to share my photos without
spending to much time and money.
I
searched online, just like you did, for a real Photo Web Site
that could preserve, organize and share my photos. I have tried
out different sites and I have had different kind of problems.
Some sites were very limited, some were difficult to manage and
some caused serious problems to my computer because of their required
software.
One
day I found Snapfish™ and I got instantly
interested in the homepage offer and the complete solution the
company is offering us. Then I downloaded their photo software
and started experimening.
The
Big Ben photo on the left was my first experiment before I lost
myself in the slideshow part of their free photo software where
I can make my own photo slide show, add music and upload it to
the web.

It
is incredible easy to upload digital photos from the PC to your
account on the web site. You just create new online album and
upload to it from your hard drive or CD.
Keeping
your photos online makes them reachable from home, work, friends
house or any Internet connected computer. Your account is of course
protected with password for safety.
Keep
in mind that you always need to backup your photos on CD's, but
if you lost both your computer and backup somehow, you still have
your presious photos online.

Online Photo Sharing
As
soon as you finish uploading your photos, you can share them with
friends and family just by sending them an e-mail right from the
web site.
They
only get a link to your album and you don't have to attach the
photos. That means no extra download time when they check their
e-mail and no mail account problem.

have seen many nice photo tools and I got very nice software with

have never seen so easy-to-use toolbox before. You can crop, edit,
